Weaver had known Ruby since late 1940s. Worked on Ruby's books for both Vegas and Carousel Clubs. Prepared Jack Ruby's 1961 tax return. Ruby had Weaver's $75 I.O.U. on back of Southwestern Life Ins. Co, New Orleans agent's card, 11/24/63.
