Oct 1961 to present (Mar 16, 1967) has been Executive Director of San Francisco World Trade Center Authority in San Francisco. 1956 to 1958 was employed by Committee of American Steamship Lines. 1958 to 1961 Vice President of Pacific American Steamship Company. Earlier he was a instructor at the University of San Francisco. "11. A memorandum marked only for file, 16 March 1967, signed M. D. Stevens, says that J. Monroe SULLIVAN, 4280207, was granted a covert security approval on 10 December 1962 so that he could be used in Project QKENCHANT. SHAW has 0402897-X."
