Comments:

CIA defector to Soviet Union. He wrote book "I Was a CIA Agent in India," published by Communist Party in India in 1967. Unwittingly delivered suitcase containing a bomb to a Kuomintang agent. The bomb was planted on Air India plane in 1955 in second attempt on Chou Enlai's life.
