Arrived in Mexico City from Habana, Cuba, on Feb 2, 1962. A lawyer, born in Manzanillo, Cuba, on Oct 10, 1916. In 1951 he was vice-president of executive commmittee of Partido Socialista Popular (PSP, Cuban Communist Party) in Marti District of Habana. Dec 5, 1961, he went to Prague. His passport number was E61/88.
