Asked Louisiana Gov. McKeihen's aide Aubrey Young to arrange a meeting with Edward Grady Partin, main witness against Jimmy Hoffa. His brother, A. D. Smith, was with Louisiana Board of Education. His sister, Mrs. Nofio (Frances) Pecora, was an official with Louisiana State Insurance Commission. (Jack Ruby called Nofio Pecora.)
