Age 16. Employed at Orand Buick, 2128 Cedar Springs, Dallas, TX, on 12/30/63. (His father, James D. Scruggs, was also employed at Orand Buick.) He took 8 mm color films at Love Field, Dallas, TX, when President Kennedy disembarked from the aircraft. Then he went to intersection of Mockingbird Lane and Lemmon Avenue and took more pictures. Offered to make his films available.
