DOB: 12/26/14. POB: Bronx, NY. Parents: Leon and Betty Rothman, both born in Rumania. On 12/26/36, married Ethel Hurwitz (DOB: 5/26/15) in New York City. Owned San Souci Gambling Casino, Havana. In 1959 and 1960, one of operators of Biltmore Terrace Hotel, Miami Beach, FL.; was issued Passport No. 1515395 on August 25, 1959. 12/10/59 Rothman departed Miami for Mexico City and Veracruz. On same plane was gun smuggler Ricardo Madan Rivas. R.D. Matthews claimed he did not know Rothman. Associate of Meyer Lansky. Major casino operator and boss of slot machine operations in Cuba.
