Standing at northeast corner of TSBD on Houston talking to George W. Rackley, Sr., at 12:30 p.m., 11/22/63. Disputed James Worrell's story of man leaving rear of TSBD. Witnessed assassination. Employed by Co-ordinated Transportation Co. (CTC), a division of M-K-T Railroad Co.
