Foreign Minister Cuba. Roa sent a note to Mexican Embassy in Havana on 11/26/63 protesting the arrest of Silvia Duran by Mexican police. Fidel Castro was critical of Roa's note saying note was too strongly worded. Road interviewed Azcue re Oswald's activities in Mexico City.
