DOB: 1/20/34. Husband of Linnie Mae. Brother-in-law of Buell Wesley Frazier. He was in Austin, TX, when Frazier called him to come home. He caught the 5 o'clock plane from Austin to Dallas and learned that his wife and brother-in-law had both been taken to the Police Department but had returned home by the time Randle arrived.
