Standing at Northeast corner of TSBD on Houston and witnessed assassination. Was at rear of TSBD at 12:30 p.m., 11/22/63. (???) Died in July 1984 in Ferris, TX. Survived by wife, Daisy Claxton Rackley (they had married on Nov. 17, 1923). Widow, Daisy Rackley, died in Ferris, TX, on Nov. 1, 1997. Survived by 7 children, including Virgie Baker of Abilene, TX.
