Comments:

Former Customs Agent in Key West, FL. Later worked for CIA. Venezuelan security agent. Involved in 1971 plot to assassinate Castro while in Chile. In Fall of 1976, Posada was indicted in Venezuela on murder charges in connection with crash of a Cuban jetliner. (On 7/2/77 Mitch WerBell,III, claimed Posada was working for him.)
