DOB: 12/25/16; DOD: 12/20/97. She was sister to Pete and Falon Lucas of Lucas B & B Restaurant. Her husband, Frank Nick, had club at 206-1/2 Browder. Virginia Nick was awarded Tiche's Arete Award in July 1972. Award given to women who have achieved high degree of success in professional service and civic and community endeavors. Mrs. Nick was survived by 3 sisters: Mary Lucas Barunes of Dallas, Elizabeth Faithon Lucas of Dallas, and Helen Lucas Pappas of Houston; 2 brothers: George Faithon Lucas of Mesquite, and Faithon Panteli Lucas, Jr. of Dallas.
