Owned 544 Camp Street, New Orleans, LA. When shown photograph of LHO, he could not recall ever having seen him. He described a young white male, approximately 22-24, 5' 9-1/2", 185lbs, fair complexion, light brown or blond hair, who spoke with a Spanish accent, who was found unlocking the door to the offices previously occupied by the CRC about ten days to two weeks after CRC left the Newman Building.
