Was in seminary making a Jesuit priest in 1963 when LHO and Marina visited him in July. By 1971, he was a lawyer on Gov. McKiethan's staff and investigated Jim Garrison. In 1993, he is a Circuit Court Judge for U.S. Court of Appeals in Denver.
