Fensterwald believed Meunier was a Belgian Mercenary. In his 20s in 1963. Born in Liege, Belgium (near Aachen Germany). In 1985 was still living near Liege. Friend of Souetre. In Congo "off and on" from 1961 to 1965 or 1966. (Souetre in Congo from 1062 or 1963 to 1966 or 1967). Meunier and Souetre tried to put Tshombe back in power in the Congo in 1966. (Bob Denard, head of security for Central Africa, should know about him.)
