Commanding officer of U.S. Army Counter-Intelligence Records Facility, Fort Holabird, Baltimore, Maryland. On March 26, 1964, he made statement that the files of G-2 concerning George deMohrenschildt contained nothing not already set forth in reports to the FBI. Another report states "they had nothing on Jack Ruby."
