Police Officer with Dallas Police Department. Assigned to Accident Investigation. Wife: Norma F. On 11/22/63, was riding Harley Davidson motorcycle at left rear of President Kennedy's car (near Vice President Johnson's car). Went immediately to Parkland Hospital. HSCA believed McLain's motorcycle mike button was stuck open.
