P-6613. Former Cuban Consul Mexico City for apx. 18 yrs.. DOB: apx. 1912. His secretary, Maria Carman Olivara, was related to him. She was killed. Azcue was replaced by Alfredo Mirabal. Azcue left Mexico City 11/18/63. "He heavy drinker who harshly criticized by members Cuban Embassy while assigned Mexico in past."
