Age 23. Male resident of Miami. Citizen of U.S. 2/18/58, San Antonio FBI Office said Robert Ray McKeown had purchased a yacht called "The Buddy Dee." Customs seized the vessel a few days later for smuggling guns while it was cruising to Houston from Patterson, La. Manuel Arques and Ruby Archer were on board. On 2/25/58, McKeown was charged with conspiracy to smuggle guns to Cuba. Archer and Arques were among his co-defendants.
