Prostitute. Ran house of prostitution on N. Ervay or Akard St. Was married to "Pig Red" and had two daughters. Atty. Tom Howard was "having relations" with Vivian. Ruby sold his Plantation Night Club (across from Sports Auditorium) to S. J. Carpenter, 4028 Denley Dr., Dallas. (There was a "Roy" Carpenter at 4020 S. Denley Dr., 376-5195 in 1963 City Dir.) who, in turn, sold the club to Tom Howard. Vivian ran the club for Howard. It later burned to ground. Question re Arson.
