Owner Buckhorn Bar & Trading Post, 217-219 So. Ervay, Dallas, TX. Had known Jack Ruby 20 years. Received call 11/22/63 at Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Went to Dallas Police Department night of 11/22/63 to see if assassination rifle was one he had sold. Met Ruby on DPD elevator. "Captain Fritz advised that most of what A.D. Hodge reported was unfounded."
