NBC News, Chicago. Born and reared in New York City. On 11/28/63, he had resided in Chicago over 5 years. A few days prior to 11/28/63, his supervisor, Bill Corley, asked him if he had any contacts in New York who could check a New York license plate 311 ORF. Hester contacted his father-in-law, Hugh Larkin. Larkin learned the information was "frozen." (This was license number of Falcon Thomas Arthur Valle was driving 11/2/63 in Chicago.)
