Cuban Ambassador in Mexico City Embassy in Nov. 1963. CIA taped a telephone conversation between Hernandez Armas and Dorticos on 11/26/63. "...it is stated that DURAN took OSWALD to the Caballo Bayo Restaurant near Chapultepec Golf Club where they met Cuban Ambassador HERNANDEZ-Armas." "Located in Vol 19 of OSWALD 201. This volume not reviewed by any member of HSCA staff."
