On July 19, 1963, American who identified himself as Eldon Hensen, cattleman from Athens, TX, phoned Cuban Embassy in Mexico City for second time trying to establish contact. He spoke with Maria Luisa Calderon and said he was leaving for Dallas on American Airlines morning 20 July, staying at room 1402 Alameda Hotel. Wanted to help Cuban government. Agreed to accept phone call with key work "Laredo."
