Worked with CIA in Chili. 11/22/63 called Seth Kantor in Dallas to report LHO's background. Justice Department accused him of withholding information from a Senate panel investigating ITT's role in 1970 Chilean presidential election. "Afternoon 5 Dec 1963 U.S. newsmen Bob Berellez and Hal Hendrix visited Emb re ref news story." (MMF 965)
