DOB: 3/1/37. POB: Los Angeles, CA. Leader of "Patrick's Raiders". EE-29229 = CIA file number for Hemming. 201- . On May 10, 1961, SAC DFO (is this Special Agent in Charge, Dallas Field Office of CIA ?) to Chief Invest Div re G P H JR EE 29229. Agency results: FBI NIC; 5 Others NR (MMF 1913). In July 1961 Asst. Atty. Gen. wrote FBI re Hemming, Sturgis and Neutrality Matters (MMF 1783). 31 Jul 62 Dept of Navy Director of Naval Intelligence wrote memo to Commandant of Marine Corps re Hemming, USMCR, 1488247 (Inactive) (MMF 1924); Formed INTERPEN in the Everglades to train Cubans; went to No Name Key, Florida, in 1962. It was Anti-CIA. January 1983 he was in Rayford Prison, Avon Park, FL, a minimum security prison. Hemming's first wife was Mercedez Gonzales, a model "who looked like Sophia Loren". He married her in 1959 and she was put in jail by Castro. She died right after the Bay of Pigs. (Hemming, Roy Hargraves and Howard Kenneth Davis visited Mary Ferrell in February 1990.) In late 1967 the CIA Chief of WH Division wrote a memo to the Deputy Director for Plans reviewing the links between the Brown/Slafter case and individuals involved in the Garrison investigation. Hemming is associate of LeRoy (wrong - Edwin Anderson Collins) Collins, Howard Kenneth Davis and Lawrence LaBorde. Hemmings two brothers are Michael and Robert Hemming (714) 861-2787 - 22632 E.
