(CIA 30-9 warns all stations abroad, "...Although we have no reason to expect anything of a particular military nature, all hands should be on the quick alert at least for the next few days...") This would compromise our __________ operations in Mexico, because the Soviets would see that the FBI had advance information on the reason for Oswald's visit to the Soviet Embassy.")
