Maintenance man for Dallas Floor Control, 2245 Irving Blvd., Dallas, TX. Stated that a site below the levees of the Trinity River between Hampton Road and Irving Boulevard, Dallas, TX, was called "the open range of Dallas" because it was so frequently used for test firing of rifles.
