Comments:

United States' informant at Cuban Consulate in Mexico City 10/1/63. Tells about seeing two men at Cuban Embassy on 10/2/63. One he believed to be LHO and other one "Ernie" or "Ernesto". On March 17, 1964, was shown photos of Ernesto MITRANI Levy. Valencia wrote to LBJ on 12/2/63.
