DOB: 4/3/39. POB: Monroe, LA. Formerly worked as attendant at Enco Service Station at 1030 N. Zangs, Dallas. Station operator, Jerry Duncan, alleged LHO and Ford went out one time to drink beer. Ford denied going out with LHO but "is very suspicious." While in Dallas, he lived with his sister and her husband, Jean and Lindell Allen. He claimed he returned to Monroe, LA, 11/1/63. He did not start work in Monroe until 11/24/63.
