DPD officer who admitted to FBI agents that he had frequently visited Ruby's club and was on a first-name basis with Ruby, accepting free drinks from Ruby. He was also a friend of J.D. Tippit. Officer T. L. Fleming resigned from DPD in March 1963 "to better his financial condition."
