Former wealthy Cuban sugar cane grower. Graduate of Princeton; attended Prep school with John F. Kennedy and is friend of Michael Malone, Czarnikow-Rionda Co., New York. Wealthy Miami contact man for Anti-Castro group made up of high Castro officials who were preparing for a coup just before Bay of Pigs. Bought sub-chaser TEXANA III and employed Lawrence LaBorde as Captain.
