Feklisov was KGB Station Chief in U.S. 1960-1964; in Washington when President Kennedy was assassinated in November 1963. Feklisov is also known as Alexander M. Fomin. On 6/27/99, Associated Press released a statement by Feklisov that there was nothing new is the 85 documents Yeltsin turned over to Clinton in June 1999.
