Husband of Silvia Duran. An industrial designer. Mexican by birth. Son of Rufino Duran and Lidia Navarro de Duran. Lived in Los Angeles, CA, first 8 years of his life. Later lived in Santiago, Chile. On April 4, 1964, refused Wm D. Shannahan access to wife because she had suffered a "nervous breakdown." (Photograph of Duran attached to CIA 131-593)
