DOB: April 7, 1893. POB: Watertown, NY. Fired from CIA by JFK because of Bay of Pigs fiasco. Coached CIA men for their appearances before Warren Commission. CIA hoped Dulles could prevail on Warren Commission to retouch CE 237 before publishing it. Attended meeting Jan 3, 1961.
