Former FBI Agent in Dallas. Campaign Manager for Sen. George Smathers in 1946. Fired as Miami's City Manager in 1948. Worked for Howard Hughes' Summa Corporation. General Manager of Sands. "Pivotal character" in Watergate. Introduced Nixon to Rebozo.
