10/15/63 an informer claiming to be Polish driver of Russian vehicle called American Embassy (in Australia) and reported USSR submarines on way to Cuba with Englishmen named Lt. Crip on board. ? Same as Lt. Crabbe, frogman who disappeared 1960/61. He swam under a visiting Russian war ship allegedly to inspect their anti-submarine devices in Portsmouth Harbor, England. Informer called again on 11/23/63.
