Comments:

WFAA Program Director; witnessed assassination from near Elm & Houston; heard shots, ran across Elm, up and down incline; ran in TSBD to call WFAA. Met white man (probably Oswald) and asked directions. On phone apx. 25 mins., accompanied by fellow-worker, Terrence Ford. Allman, Ford and James W. Powell, Army Intelligence, were "trapped" inside TSBD when doors were sealed. In 1985-6: 3657 Stratford Ave., Dallas, TX (214) 526-2200.
