Operator Ship's Grill on Ft. Worth Avenue, Dallas. Went on South Texas hunt which does "NOT" include Jack Ruby. Cooper met Ruby at the Carousel Club where he was a patron. By 1981, Cooper is deceased. His ex-wife, Jean Choate, runs Idle Rich Tavern on Canton, a police hangout.
