Motorcycle officer riding at right rear (inside) of President's car; told Marion Baker "Two shots hit Kennedy first and then the other one hit the Governor." Acquainted with Ruby prior to assassination. Chaney was assigned to assassination scene on 11/23/63 at which time he saw and talked to Ruby. Jack Ruby said he drove to Dealey Plaza around 3 pm 11/23/63 and talked to Chaney approximately an hour. Chaney's wife; Irene. DOB: 1922. Died Sun., April 18, 1976 at age 54.
