DOB: March 30, 1919. Special Assistant to the President for National Security 1961-66. Head of "Special Group Near East" for President. Sept 6, 1963, Gordon Chase wrote memo to Bundy re extent of knowledge within Executive Branch of Government re exile rails and Operation MONGOOSE.
