Comments:

Dallas Police Department detective. With R. M. Sims. Radio #303. Badge No. 840. In 1992 was questioned about the 10/11/63 "report" of an arrest at Mrs. Bledsoe's involving Oswald and Ruby. Boyd said he responded to no such call. Boyd was asked about a "green filing cabinet" and if it belonged to Captain Fritz. The arrest records for the three tramps were removed from a green filing cabinet (MMF 2590).
