DOB: 10/20/24. POB: Omaha, TX. SS# 455-30-6630 (issued in Texas). Army Serial # 38477220. Induction date: May 1943. Honorable discharge, Feb 1946. Entered Air Force Reserves in 1949. Claimed he was "umbrella man" in Willis slides, Muchmore film and Nix film. Witt worked in Rio Grande Bldg., 251 N. Field at corner of Elm. James W. Powell worked for Army Intelligence located in Rio Grande Bldg. Lee Oswald walked toward town from the TSBD but when he had walked approximately four or five blocks, he caught a bus going back toward the TSBD.
