Spanish citizen of British descent residing in Chili Aug. 8, 1951. A contact of Bert Sucharov, suspected Soviet agent in Santiago, Chili. Wilson was born in Liverpool, England, on Dec. 29, 1916. Arrived in Chili in 1939. In 1952, it was reported that Wilson was "very probably an intelligence agent."
