Former CIA employee. Testified at Cuban Tribunal in Cuba re LHO and CIA connections in Japan. Accused CIA of complicity in JFK assassination. March 20-24, 1978, HSCA had him in Washington, D.C. as a witness. Paid him $591.60 in expenses from Concord, CA. See p. 1364 April 1 to June 30, 1978, Quarterly Report of the Clerk of the House of Representatives, April 1, to June 30, 1978.
