Barber at Cave Spring Barber Shop in Roanoke. 11/25/63, between 10:15 and 10:45 a.m., unknown white male in early 40's, 5' 10" to 5' 11", 200 lbs, medium blond hair, blue-gray eyes, came in and said that approximately two weeks ago he was at a convention in Chicago attended by some Dallas City Councilmen. One councilman said, "JFK's going to Dallas but he wouldn't know when he left."
