White mailed a letter to Asst. U.S. Atty. Larry E. Jarrett which Jarrett gave to the FBI on 3/11/92. Letter indicated that in 1963 White was at the S.M.S. Italian Club, Tampa, FL, when Santo Trafficante, Frank Ragano and Frank Ippilito argued over briefcases of money. Ippilito allegedly said the money was $200,000 short because he had already paid off the two men who had killed Kennedy. White said a black Tampa police officer named Massey told him to keep his mouth shut. A SSA (FBI ?) Neu told FBI Special Agent Gerszewski that the FBI had already received a similar story to the one written by White.
