Comments:

Professor of Psychiatry at Univ. of Oklahoma School of Medicine. In the early 1960s, he ran LSD research program financed by CIA. Examined Jack Ruby in April 1964. By 1973, he was Chairman of Dept. of Psychiatry at Univ. of California at Los Angeles and Director of its Neuropsychiatric Institute. He proposed to Gov. Ronald Reagan creation of a multi- disciplinary Center for the Study and Reduction of Violence.
